On the morning of March 31, a delegation of 14 physicians from the German Association for Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Klassische Akupunktur und Traditionelle Chinesische Medizin, AGTCM) arrived at the Hospital to commence a two-week clinical training program.
Wan Peng, Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department, warmly welcomed the delegation on behalf of the hospital and provided an overview of the institution.

The training focuses on TCM specialties such as acupuncture and tuina (therapeutic massage). Participants will engage in hands-on learning at the TCM Preventive Center, Acupuncture Department, and Tuina Department through case observations, practical sessions, and discussions with Chinese experts. Senior physicians have been assigned to mentor the German practitioners, integrating classic case studies to enhance their clinical skills.
Established in the 1950s, AGTCM is one of Europe’s most renowned TCM organizations dedicated to promoting classical acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. The exchange aims to deepen cross-border collaboration in TCM education and clinical practice.
